Coming Monday, June 1st at 6|5c 3pm PST  Paula chats LIVE with Nashville singer/songwriter Sarah Morey.  Morey has been writing songs since the age of 7. Her latest album is called A Long Way to Go. On Saturday, June 6th Sarah will be performing at the Farmers Market Grand Opening in Monterey, TN from 11am-2pm.  Paula’s interview with Sarah will stream LIVE on  YouTube  and will also be available to watch in its entirety following the initial broadcast.  You can also watch it right from this post below.  In the meantime check out this clip of Sarah performing on Today in Nashville earlier this year:

Veteran soap actor Sean Kanan is launching a new web series this week called "Studio City." The show, which is described as 'a love letter to soaps' brings together many of daytime's brightest, including Tristan Rogers, Sarah Brown, Patrika Darbo, and Carolyn Hennessy. The entire first season of "Studio City" will begin streaming on Amazon Prime December 20th. On a side note, I will be chatting with Sean tomorrow on my show Paula's Soapbox LIVE at 6|5c 3pm PST .   The interview will stream directly on  YouTube and will be available to watch in its entirety following the LIVE broadcast. 

If you follow this blog and/or my LIVE interviews with any regularity, you may recall that last year I chatted with Morgan Englund about his crowdfunding campaign to make a music video for his song Homeward Bound (A Firefighter's Song). Englund was a firefighter and paramedic for years before deciding to pursue his long-held dream of becoming a singer/songwriter and musician. Homeward Bound is a tribute to Englund's fellow first responders and marks his first video in what will surely be a successful career in the music industry.  Regarding his song, Englund writes:  I hung up my axe and stethescope. But I offer this song to first responders everywhere. You do an amazing job, you sacrifice way more than the average person realizes. I will ever be proud and grateful to have been counted among you. As you may have seen on Instagram , Facebook , and twitter I had scheduled a YouTube LIVE interview with Kathleen Gati (Dr. Obrecht, GH; Margaret Cranston, Ladies of the Lake: Return to Avalon). Unfortunately due to an unusual amount of technical difficulties we couldn't do the LIVE video chat as planned. We did, however, move the interview to twitter for an impromptu Q&A.
