Kassie DePaiva (Blair, OLTL; Eve, DOOL) and Nathan Purdee (ex-Nathan Hastings, Y&R) are starring in a new film called Killian and the Comeback Kids, which was written and directed by Purdee's son Taylor. The film, about a man who forms a band with locals from his hometown in order to play at a huge music festival, has already been shot. However, an Indiegogo campaign has been launched to help pay for post-production costs. There are only 3 days left in the campaign with plenty of perks still up for grabs. For example a $150 donation will get you a personal phone call from Kassie DePaiva! Other perks include: social media shoutouts from cast members, signed behind the scenes photos, signed instruments, & much more! Check out the film's full press release below, then click on the Indiegogo link to make a donation, but hurry the clock is ticking! _____________________________________________________________________ For Immediate Release Contact: Suzanne ...

According to  soapoperadigest.com  soap faves Galen Gering (Rafe, DOOL), Greg Vaughan (Eric, DOOL), and Jason Thompson (Billy, Y&R) have launched apps to better connect with their fans. Each star has their own app through escapex. The idea is that these apps will provide a more personal connection with fans than what social media can offer. Like a modern day fan club of sorts, there will even be opportunities to meet the stars in person.    The apps are available through Google Play and the Apple App Store. They are free to download, but like most apps they include in-app purchase options.  Click on the actors' names above to find their individual apps.

ATWT, AMC, and Y&R alum Cady McClain is working on a new docu-series called Seeing is Believing: Women Direct - and she needs your help! The actress has set up an Indigogo campaign to fund the project and with a month left you still have time to grab some great perks in exchange for your donation! Just $5 will get you a photo showing your support. $25 will get you a journal written by Cady and early access to the first episode and $50 will get you a signed photo of Cady dressed as a chicken on AMC in 2011! The donation perks go all the way up to $10,000 so there are plenty of things to choose from. Fair warning though - supplies are limited!  For instance, there are only 5 signed photos of Cady in the chicken suit left, so the sooner you can donate the better! Go to her  Indiegogo   for more information!
