Paula's Soapbox LIVE: Keaton Simons and Laura Goldfarb Interview

On Friday, Dec. 19th I had a super fun chat with singer/songwriter Keaton Simons and Red Boot PR's Laura Goldfarb. Keaton's music has been featured on Hollywood Heights (Other Side) and The Young and the Restless (Ready for a Lifetime - written and performed by Keaton and Rie Sinclair), to name just a few. Check out the interview below and if you like it please share!

Hollywood Heights Update!

Well, it's the last week of Teen Nick's primetime soap Hollywood Heights, or is it? Fans have been campaigning all season for the show to be renewed for a second season, even though as a telenovela it was designed to end after 80 episodes. Now it seems that one of the stars of the show may be hinting at a second season, or was he? You be the judge and keep checking back here for more updates!

Defying All Logic: Hollywood Heights

Singer/Songwriter Phoebe Sharp Takes Her Career to New 'Heights'

Anyone who watches the new Nick-at-Nite soap "Hollywood Heights" knows that music is at the heart and soul of the show. It plays an integral part in both defining the characters and illuminating the emotions of each scene. I recently had the privilege of interviewing up and coming singer/songwriter Phoebe Sharp, whose music has been featured on the show. This is what Phoebe had to say about her music and its place on "Hollywood Heights": Photo from the Phoebe Sharp Music facebook page  Your song "Everything Fades" is featured in a poignant scene where the audience really gets their first glimpse of who Max, Katie, and Eddie were as a family. So how did all of this come about, having one of your songs featured on Hollywood Heights? Did you know how it would be incorporated into the show? I was so honored to find out that my song, "Everything Fades," was playing during the first real intimate scene portraying Max, Katie, and Edd...
