I cannot say enough positive things about the last two episodes of GH. I think the Karoke night at Jake's was just what this show needed to liven things up a little bit while they are trying to build up their storylines, which seem to be picking up some momentum. With the introduction of the Dante character and his persistence in infiltrating Sonny's organization I am anxious to see how the show reveals that he is Sonny's son. I have been wondering if it is possible that Dante already knows that Sonny is his father, but just hasn't told his mother he knows. That may be why he is so desperate to get inside Sonny's inner circle. I have to say though that I was somewhat taken aback by the kiss that Sonny and Olivia shared on Monday's episode. Obviously Olivia has had Sonny on her mind for a while now, but I just have not seen Sonny being pulled in her direction the same way. I think there probably should have been a little more build up to this reunion of sorts. There is one thing that I am certain of, Claudia is not going to be happy when she finds out that Olivia kissed Sonny behind Johnny's back.
I doubt if I'm alone in saying that there is a lot wrong with General Hospital these days. While it continues to be one of my favorite soaps there are many changes I would make immediately if I had the power. Their conversations are boring and the context of their relationship is, well...icky. 2. Amp up Lisa's craziness. Despite my earlier distaste for a Robin/Patrick/Lisa triangle, the obsessed ex-girlfriend angle is working. It's interesting and very soapy. 3. Ronnie needs to be established as either a cop with a chip on his shoulder or someone who works for Franco. So far I haven't been able to tell whether Ronnie falls more on the side of good or bad because this character hasn't been clearly defined. 4. Brenda's life away from Port Charles and the people that surround it need to become an int...
