On Wednesday's General Hospital, Michael continued to remember fragments of what Jax had told him while he was in the coma. Troubled by the potential meaning behind these memories, he sought the advice of the carnival psychic, who provided little help. I am not sure I like the introduction of the psychic for this storyline. It was fine during the carnival because it added to the atmosphere and helped foreshadow upcoming events, but now it just seems pointless to have this as part of the story. From what I have gathered Michael is not psychic and he is not having visions. He is remembering pieces of conversation from his coma. Whether it is possible to have these types of memories in a real world situation, I could not say for sure. I do know that based on all the information this show has given viewers, Michael does not appear to be clairvoyant, even though he and the psychic seem to think he is.
